Saw the first Adaptec ad in a layman's publication that I've seen in a while. PC World August issue p. 71. Frankly not an impressive ad, imo. I didn't realize that SCSI improved processor speed -- I thought it was for peripherals. The implication of the ad is that just by adding SCSI without any change in peripherals your computer speeds up. Is this true? Am I misreading the ad, or does the ad misrepreset SCSI?
