I spoke with IR a couple days ago regarding the impact that the privatization on July 29th is having on contract negotiations. According to IR, there is no impact; the contract is not dependent at all on what happens. I found that very interesting. Something about different bands, I didn't understand it completely. From the tone of our conversation I got the feeling that the contract is much closer than we think. They had just concluded a meeting with the Brazilian equivalent of the SEC. Also, they are going to update the business plan on the website shortly. The next 2-4 weeks definitely will be a roller coaster as investors try to guess when the contract is going to be signed.
