---------- Forgive me for being rather off topic and rambling -------
Starowl,
the thoughtfulness and literary quality of your posts on this Dog of the NASDAQ would warrant that we sacrifice part of our (presumtive) gains on first-quality Champagne, once we have cashed them in. I will then invite you (and other authors of highly illuminative posts, like for instance, Mr. Nielsen) to empty an adequate number of bottles of Taittinger or Veuve Cliquot (at your choice), hopefully at one Shareholder Assembly in the near future.
Experience shows that in rare instances even the wildest dreams can come true (and if not, I shall save heavily on reduced Champagne consumption). So maybe the favorable gods of the odds that have helped QLogic will, at a magic moment in the not too distant future, bring favorable winds for our friend ADPT (the dude) as well.
You might also be interested to learn that my wife, who does not know a thing about stocks and options, and with whom I shared this miserable experience of investment failure, foresees a slightly brighter future for ADPT commencing in August (without knowing the firm name, though). And she was damn right with her positive judgment on some options and other stocks I bought earlier this year (already transformed in Champagne). If we are down to brittle straws, here is another one to share ...
;-)
