ROSY, he makes me not only laugh but throw up at the same time. When I signed up with E Trade, I had to send them the money first before I could even activate the account. I did the same identical thing with E Trade as I am sure ROSY has done with Insider Trading. Fill out the application, send them the money, they email with your pass word info and tell you what type of trading you are allowed to do. That entire procedure took nearly two weeks. Oh well, some people just don't get it.
