Buster, your 4th grade Appalachian education is showing. The 5% origination fee is earned every month on $10 million in mortgages from Belize. That's $6 million a year not $500k. Total revenues then equal $8.4 million from Belize alone. They don't make 30% profit, they make 90%.
If we recalculate, based on your assumptions, that equals $.014 EPS and that is from one division and one country. Did you forget about the 20,000 homes in Costa Rica, Panama, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, etc. And you forgot about the domestic mortgage division, Videophone, the rehab projects, the insurance acquisition, the thrift acquisition, etc.
Buster, you are a dummy. This stock is going to make $.05 year one and much, much more thereafter.
