Yeah...one thing he doesn't explain though is HOW these "poor" investors are getting duped into buying the converted shares. The Yahoo boards are going craxzy asserting this pump and dump. But where's the pr pumping going on? Certainly not in the public sector, as is usually the case. And why all of a sudden, would the converts bump the price for their remaining shares? Why didn't they do this weeks ago, when presumably they were also converting? Does Drakes mean to imply (contrary to ALL his previous assertions about convert holders), that these converts actually converted weeks ago and held long until their pump could work? I find that amazing, way too much risk for these boys. As he always says, they convert ata discount and sell and take their annualized 45% return, why "risk" that with an unusual (and completely un-publicized) pump operation that is usually transparent. I don't think he's right (there's a shock!!!)...I think this MUST have been rumors on some sort of sale (either of the company or the patent/product). Whether the rumors are true are another story. I personally don't think anyone is buying race as we would have seen price support and an announcment (though one still might come it's getting late). So, we probably have financing or an order, god forbid! I think I'll wait till it settles back below $1 to get back in...any idea when RAce releases the damage report for th quarter? edge
