Clarification of Outstanding Shares

From my research I have found the following information.

750M originally authorized and outstanding
140M removed due to canceled warrants

That leaves 610M outstanding
210M in treasury stock
200M float (roughly 37M entered the market recently through restricted shares)
200M residing with affiliated persons

Lastly, if I remember correctly treasury stock is not considered part of the outstanding shares. These are company owned shares and are not used in the calculation of stockholders' equity. Therefore, we have only 400M shares outstanding. This is a far cry from the 750M some people were touting, but still somewhat high. There still remains the possibility that the treasury stock will move to outstanding because it will most likely be used for future acquisitions. All the earnings per share calculations should be revised using the 400M number.
