On your clarification of outstanding shares ... treasuty stock is a donoaour. It really does not exist any more. What you have is authorized but not issued stock instead. Those shares will be used for future aquisitions or not at all. Depends on the deal the company makes. If they are used in that fashion, they will be restricted shares. I personally think that 200M in the float is incorrect. If you mean that many shares could potentially be traded because they are unrestricted, I won't argue other than to aske what the source of that info is so that it can be verified. But, with a daily volume of 6 to 15 M, it is very hard to believe that 200M are being actively traded. My realistic guess would be that it is more like 50M or less ...
