Starowl: The conclusion to be drawn is obvious - the "rats are leaving a sinking ship." This is the only reasonable conclusion to be drawn where 2 long time, highly placed executives have departed back to back; the stock is down from 54 to 12 in 8 months; several lawsuits have been filed against the company claiming all sorts of securities law violations and failure to disclose information; and the company is faced with rather dismal earnings prospects for the future. Heaven only knows how much worse it is going to get, plus earnings tomorrow and/or negative future guidance could push the stock into the single digits. No matter how you cut it, this ain't good.
