Personally Lazarre I think this is brilliant strategy by the Clintonistas to get a glimpse of what Starr has on Clinton so they can pursue their usual tactics to discredit those who will harpoon Clinton before the evidence is laid out. I have not seen that the Judge has yet decided that Starr leaked. I thought they were going to hold an evidentiary hearing into that charge to determine if Starr's office was responsible for the leaks. Many in the press have responded to the Clintonista whining about leaks by indicating the leaks did not come from his office. Moreover logic dictates that Starr did not leak. The only person(s) helped by the leaks have been the Clintonistas, including El Jefe, Bubba. The only thing Starr is trying to hide I believe is what he has on Clinton from Clinton so that it can not be undermined, witnesses intimidated, facts spun, etc. If he or his office is found to have "leaked" and the "leaks" are not allowed by the applicable law Starr should be held accountable, even if it was his staff and even if he had no knowledge. He is ultimately responsible. He would have to go so that credible evidence against Clinton could not be discredited and discounted. The law's the law and it must be enforced regardless where that leads. I'm not a believer in the ends justify the means. I'm also as a civil practictioner not willing to comment about appropriate criminal sanctions. I just don't know what the customary penalites are. JLA
