So what you're saying is that after a steady stream of favorable decisions by Johnson for the Pepperdine Doughboy, she suddenly becomes a Clinton partisan ( what else could it be? of course all her prior decisions were based on the rule of law only ) for the sole purpose of filching Starr's purported " evidence."
