That's clearer Tom. Thanks. Not sure how I'm going to incorporate that into the spreadsheet since it depends on the fluctuations in the price of the stock to adjust the levels of the PC. Looks like a feedback loop in the making, but I haven't thought that thru yet. ---- Dave
