The contracting activity is a great thing when growth rates are increasing. It's not such a good thing to disclose when the situation changes. My personal opinion, fwiw, is that's the reason why psft is discontinuing this practice.

Obviously they have to come up with a reason for this change which sounds good. Some of their reasons might be valid. But I still think the reason for discontinuing this has nothing to do with those reasons.
