As I recall it was Herzog but as the nation's largest wholesaler he would be doing his buying/selling for some other party. Now before someone points out that Herzog finished on the offer remember they are the largest wholesaler of OTC stocks thus he will have many different clients. Colleen's point is important in that HRZG was buying/covering for someone for quite awhile which indicates we may be in for some pleasant surprises.
