Just finished reading the 13d. Appears to me that this IR firm has either someone willing to buy the company, or buy it themselves, and expects to do it within 2 months. Per the following 13d quote:
"The parties acknowledge and agree that a
disproportionately large amount of the effort to be expended and the costs to be
incurred by the Consultant and the benefits to be received by the Company are
expected to occur upon and shortly after, and in any event, within two months of
the effectiveness of this Agreement."

Thats my take.
