Hi Share-ee,

I haven't actually received their "investor's packet," but I have visited the company headquarters and was given a bunch of informative publications on the company. I have many of their past press releases and published articles on the company. I wish I could just scan in all the info. All the company publications are top notch--four color, no skimping on quality. Make sure you ask to see a copy of their "National Printing & Marketing Products" catalog. It features all the products that can be ordered by their agents. From two color business cards to impressive four color presentation products. I think you MAY be able to see some of the HOMELIFE products (for agents) at
kleinbar.com
I haven't checked this out personally yet. Will do.

The "family" of companies that make up HomeLife are quite impressive and have a long history in Real Estate.
HomeLife Realty Services--Est. 1986
Red Carpet/ Freeway Relocation--Est. 1970
Guardian Home Warranty--Est. 1970
National Real Estate Service, International Estates--Est. 1956/1987
Max America--Est. 1997
AND I still need to research their latest alliance with the Mortgage Company.

When I reviewed their volume of home sales since 1991, it became obvious just how steadily this company is growing. In 1991 the figures were around 100M, in 1993 they were around 500M, in 1996 1600M. I hope we will get their latest figures soon. That is something you may want to find out from the company. But the same graph that I'm looking at shows their agents growing from 300 agents in 1991 to over 2000 in 1996. I need to definitely get updates here, although I know they have about 7000 agents now.

Their marketing tools are great--that is where I really see the strength of the company. They are currently holding a International Sweepstakes for $30,000 in "Gold Cash" Every year since 1994 they have held this popular sweepstakes for Homelife. Anyone can enter, but mostly the sweepstake is used by Homelife's agents to generate leads to home sales.

And I've got to figure out how I can scan in a picture of their "Mascot," Jerome the Gnome. He appears on most of their marketing publications and is an actual character (like Mickey Mouse or Ronald McDonald) I've seen photos of him appearing at tradeshows to greet homebuyers. He's really cute and the kids love him. The company has Jerome the Gnome copyright protected, complete with Jerome coloring books, stories and posters.

I hope you get some of the same info I have. :-)
