HMLF--HomeLife, Inc.

Corporate offices are located in Newport Beach, California. I have personally visited the offices and have been following this company for some time. With today's news, I've decided to begin a thread. It appears that the growth of this company will not go unnoticed too much longer.

Homelife is a dynamic, rapidly evolving, full spectrum, real estate and financial service provider. With the real estate market HOT and Homelife's competition having it's challenges (Cendant), investing in Homelife NOW, could be considered good timing. Homelife is a one-stop real estate provider, with its recent acquisitions, Homelife appears to be becoming a Real Estate SuperStore. Included in its "family of services" are: Red Carpet Real Estate, Guardian Home Warranty, MaxAmerica Financial Services, Freeway Relocation Services, Network Real Estate, Homelife Germany, Builders Realty AND as announced TODAY, mortgage lending giant, Mortgage Capital Resource ("MCR")

Already HomeLife is one of the largest full-service real estate and mortgage financing services in North America. Over 400 offices and 7000 licensed agents. But it doesn't appear to stop there. HomeLife entered Germany this year (March 98) with a goal of opening 200 offices over the next five years. HomeLife plans expansion into Eastern and Western Europe.

Innovation in the Real Estate industry. After reviewing the company's information, including their marketing plan, it's obvious that HomeLife has a distinct and innovative approach. Their marketing system has been trademarked and protected by copyright. Their approach is community focused and family oriented. They have incorporated both interaction and entertainment to relate with potential buyers in the market. With their Disney-like character "Jerome the Gnome" as the company's goodwill ambassador, homebuyers and their children find it easy to relate to their products. Unique real estate marketing products offered by HomeLife assist their agents in success. Their Printing and Marketing Products catalog is impressive.

I expect to see more and more news from this company as their plan for expansion includes joint ventures, special associations, total acquisitions and franchising. They have already completed at least 7 purchases of prominent real estate brokerages and related business in North America since 1995.

Hope this introduction opens up lines of communication between investors and encourages others to take a look at HomeLife. Their website can be viewed at:
homelife.com
I understand that the site will be including their US operations and newly acquired services soon.

Today's announcement is really HUGE. I know the company has been looking to put together a deal like this for a couple years now.

Happy Investing!
