TO ALL:: Been on a much needed vacation.. glad to be back.. plenty of things to say.. but it's late and I'm not really up for any 'damage control' as some of you call it.. you can believe/respect TOP DOG or not.. whatever you choose... I just thought I'd share that many of you were in PKGP/USXP... TOP DOG sent out a discontinuation of coverage when things looked shady.. weeks later mentioned them again when it was thought that they might have cleared up some issues.. they didn't and a warning was given asap just before a rev split was issued... Now I come back to see some strong doubts circling here on PRWT with this Belize thing... well half of the float in PRWT is owned by people I know and trust.. they have been buying more... my family remains invested in this one.. We've met with the company... IF we thought there was something wrong here.. just as TOP DOG did with PKGP.. we'd put out a warning and discontinue coverage... as of what we know now.. PRWT remains featured in TOP DOG.. I'm not going anywhere.. not telling my family to go anywhere.. this matter with Belize will be cleared up... prices imho will bounce back once investor confidence is regained... you all do what's best for you... only invest what you can risk.. obviously PRWT is a prime target now for bashers and naysayers... very easy for them to bash it based upon recent rumors/findings.. I will concur that the company will need to move swiftly on this... however, from the perspective of the CEO of PRWT... I personally would move as quick as possible to resolve this issue..but running the business would still be my first priority... if it took a few days or a week or so to clear the issue up and stock went from 6cents to 3cents... I wouldn't lose any sleep over it... figuring that once word got out that in fact the Belize deal is legit.. the stock would move back up to more appropriate levels... trade what is right for you people.. realizing that all stocks have risks.. penny stocks have greater risks.. and certainly those with large floats and VERY small prices carry even more... but like I said we're still here.. sure, I'd have liked to come home to a higher stock price... but so we're down a few hundred.. or a few thousand dollars... how bout them people I know that own half the float that lose $600,000 ever time the stock moves one penny! If they aren't worried and they are confident in this company's future... so am I. jim
