I am the one that spoke with King, I posed that question also.. [Regarding the politics of Belize.] The election is on Aug. 27th and I quote the Minister of Information "The U.S. Ambassador George Bruno lives here...he travels freely with no security, If the uncertainty of Belize is as some have claimed Belize would not be such a popular tourist attraction. This Co. that you speak of could in no way negotiate any deal. We have a parlimentary system here, whereby all approval of any projects must be proposed & reviewed by the cabinet and signed by the Ministers, then approved by THE SEC. of HOUSING DAVID AGUILAR himself...We did an investigation and NO such dealings have been done. We speak to people all of the time inquiring about business opportunities in our country, but the investigation shows NO such transactions between our government and Mr. Smiths company Pan American, hence the press release made available to the public..." Lastly,Do you honestly think that: A] PRWT could get this accomplished in a couple of months (PRWT is the entity in the PR. it does not state anyone else.) B] John would try to negotiate a deal with some unelected official
