Go back and read the 6/11 PR. The 4th paragraph plainly states that the PASS-THRU certificate totaling 10 mil is already in place "in the secondary market". there is where the confusion is. where in the secondary market? thats where it stops for us and the other country takes over? read next // subject to final documents // I believe this is what needs to be cleared up and why John is leaving monday with his people. We are a banc. possibly the PASS THRU certificate is with a bank there. the central bank? everyone is correct here no one is wrong its a misunderstanding between banks and a holding company banc(PRWT), they are not the same. big difference.
