David, PRWT unlike MINE has not claimed it has some gazillion dollars worth of gold reserves on some property. When a company (a penny) claims it has gazillions worth of un-mined gold and use this to manipulate the stock price, and Damn right SEC tips its eye glasses.
What we have here w/ PRWT is the company stating they plan to initiate mortgages and receive 5% over xxx houses blah blah which =xxxxx dolars. Well, this action has not moved the stock significantly upward, so when some 3rd world corrupt newspaper suggests that they have never heard of PAN AM BANCORP servicing mortgage applications in it's country, coupled with the investor frenzy and the phone calls and Johns PR on the web site, the SEC more than likely did call John and lawyers to confirm with documentation that they have truely followed the Govt of Belize protocol prior to and during building etc. A fax or fed ex would suffice. The end! So...If you believed John from the get go and everything else then you should feel certain that everthing will be resolved positively, if not get out, and move on to something else. But many many folks believe him and his company. If john made this whole thing up to BILK shareholders, he has much much more to lose than me or anyone else. We lose money, he loses years possible his life.
I'm an environmental consultant, and I'm very aware of MINE and it's claims, how do they prove they have such reserves? They really cant because their inside geologists made the findings, which is much like "letting the wolf gaurd the hen house". They have hired a firm that I know well, but in our case a simple phone call or fed-ex seals the deal w/ SEC.
SEC wont Hault trading because the company has stated they will provide necessary documentation to prove the deal is done, paperwork and photo's. Unlike MINE, John has stated he will get to the bottom of this, you shall see in time.
I agree that shr price will fluctuate but when it dips the buyers come knocking. Dont expect a hault, not with this company.
people have a hard time dealing with your comments becasue you state exactly when you are going to sell off. Well sell and shut up and move on or comeback but keep it private. That's all Dave, it's just respectful is all.
