"PRWT, Another PennyScam bites the dust", that will be the headlines if they don't make some serious drastic moves. SEC investigations are completely confidential as to not unduly influence the stock! Inotherwords, no one knows if the stock is being investigated. It might not be, even though it needs to be! "SEC investigates legitimate company" , that's what you expect to see when they are done? "SEC wastes time and money on PRWT" ... PRWT better have something for us investors I won't hold my breath for the SEC. SEC=SLOW, methodical like they should be.

I have seen the 4 Men and shovels... One question, Why not release pictures of the ground breaking when it happened? Interesting. Another question, Why is there no PRWT logo, no Corp. Logo's at all?.. no Belize Government logo's? Nothing! 4 guys posing with shovels about to dig a ditch?...are they from the temp agency...? taxi drivers? ha ha. The picture verifies nothing. No banners, no PR at the site, no SIGNS in the BACKGROUND. Nothing. At least contractors would have a sign up, even developers do.... but no, nothing....Ground Breaking Ceremony? How Ceremonious. So much pomp and circumstance. Strike up the band hand out the punch. Wheres the Bar-B-Que?..ha ha
Belize is a Law/Tax Haven. Belize banks are money laundering banks. One Stop Shopping, go down with 50$ tell the bank you want to create a corp. in an hour you are the owner of Yadda Yadda Inc. and you can start funneling funds immediately. No joke. Banks have to abide by a strict law that protects customer privacy. White Collar Crime, Gentlemen. Not even the U.S. government can break into the records of a bank. Sealed. Sealed from the I.R.S. That's the important thing. No one goes out like Al Capone anymore... Tax/Law Havens. Anyway, perhaps this is the front for PRWT's legitimate businesses in America?
Insider Trading, (has the quote to their own company WRONG on the front page!!, and it doesn't update in RT or even 15 min delay)has no 1-800 numbers all correspondence is over the internet... that's ODD. They are going to have a AOL instant messenger program available for help? Why not mIRC, even MBTRADING.COM does that... Those are free , AOL with Netscape and mIRC over the internet... Can't open an account in over HALF the states? Why? Why wait to open the site if you can only work in under half of the states... Your over the internet... You could do business in all of them all at once. Why wasn't that in the press release? WEAK.
