The picture looks like Leroy, Rastus, Rodney and Goober in the back yard. How do we know who any of these folks are? Even in a developing country, I would expect to see somewhat of a crowd. I have never seen a groundbreaking wit just 4 people there. Where is the bow on the shovel haandle? This is a major event for this little country. Come on ... maybe not bradss bands and wine and song, but at least someone else ...
At this point, it is a matter more of credibility than it is a matter of DD. Those who say they have done their DD, what have you realy done? Listened to the pablum for the masses put out by the company and said "Yess Massster, Datss Raait"
In fact, this company has made it impossible for anyone to do any real DD ... and then some have the audacity to say this whole fiasco is because of folks trying to do some DD. If the company had been honest from the get-go, folks would not need to be calling Ministers of this and that. They would know who the contacts are and what is going on. Maybe folks calling the Minister of this and that has caused this, but those folks are not the cause. They did what they did because the company denied them the wherewithall to find out any other way! If you want to blame anyone for this fiasco, there can be only one culprit: John himself. Perhaps he visions himself as a James Bond in a world of intreague. I dunno, but the games have got to stop if we are to believe anything he says in the future.
Someone posted a few days ago that there is a legal process to be followed to do business in Belize. Why did this company not follow that procedure? If they had, they would have the documents to prove it. Those documents are public record and anyone with a few min can go to the proper courthouse and look at them, or call the clerk of court and for a fee have them faxed, Why does this company have no such documents?
OPEN CHALLENGE TO JOHN AT PRWT ... Produce the documents or admit that they do not exist! Simple as that. Put this issue to bed one way or the other by coming clean. Heck, IT by itself could support the 5c price! We will forgive you for lieing to us! Lets close this issue and move on ...
Most of you have probably seen the movie "Leap of Faith" about televangelists. What I see here is a parallel to that. John seems to want us to simply take his word that all is well. Every poster on here who is telling us all is well is doing so because of their conversations with John. He must really be slick to accomplish that. But, Where is the BEEF? Becides John trying to sell us on his word alone, where is the proof that any of this exists?
Directors and officers of a corporation owe a fiduciary duty to us, the shareholders. That duty includes a right for us to know the workings, decisions, details, etc of any deals that effect the value of the company. Well, if ever there was an item that effects the value of the company, This is it. And what does our CEO do? He is going to Belize next Thursday or Friday? Wake up, John! That is too late! Fess up now and lets move on. You don't need another vacation in Belize at our expense! |
