If the didn't engage in any type of sex act, then why has clinton been pulling out every excuse in the book? At first he was willing to tell us (which is a lie and I knew from the beginning he wouldn't tell us a a thing) and now he won't unless he gets to call the rules. An innocent man, especially if he's the POTUS, doesn't act in this manner. In fact, I will guess the charges that come forward are much more damaging than just sex. This case isn't about sex. Sex just happens to immersed into it.
