You don't really know what you're talking about. The public finally found out the truth some time ago. This easily explains the sudden rise and fall that the stock saw and the dates are there. What makes some of us pretty mad is that the SEC was aware of this long before the public shareholders were aware of it being true but we saw plenty of rumors far in advance that couldn't be verified. To top it off it's obvious others knew what was going on long in advance and took advantage of it by shorting the stock. ionet.net This is not the only stock that they struck, they caused a real mess for several of them and to this day the SEC keeps a sharp eye on the known perpetrators as well as continuing to watch for anyone that may have been in alliance. Most (honest) people would rather see their stocks rise on their own merits.
