From the filing you refered me to--"one of W.S. Clearing's introducing brokers was Cygnet Securities ("Cygnet"). Prior to the Filing Date, customers of Cygnet had purchased substantial amounts of DATA RACE Common Stock, no par value. per share ("DATA RACE Common Stock") in margin accounts which were maintained for such customers at W.S. Clearing." Regards your saying this "You don't really know what you're talking about." I presume you believe this selling of substantial amounts of stock by Cygnet Securities to their customers in know way involved cold-call pump and dump scam,and was all very legitimate and above-board---O.K.
