Congratulations, it looks like you have the job. If I can be of any help by all means please feel free. #2 has already been addressed and they will become reporting within the following 2 quarters. #4 this is not a negative. It is a learning experience. Both Golan and Globus know there mistake and have come to terms with it and vowed not to make it again. Not an issue as far as I am concerned.
