One would presume that the immunity is contingent on her testifying in accordance with her proffer, and in accordance with what she told the prosecutors in their lengthy meeting. If she testifies differently, I would assume that the immunity goes away. While Clinton's lawyers would gladly pull that kind of stunt if they could get away with it, her lawyers have a reputation for integrity and would never get another immunity deal again if they pulled such a stunt. So no, I don't think she can pull a Hubbell now. But time may prove me wrong.
