Roger, I just got back from Belize late last night. I met with Giovanni Smith the owner of the development and he drove me out to the site and gave me a personal tour. Everything was ready for Phase I, roads, Electricity, lake, jogging trails, etc. The lots are all surveyed and ready [70x130] for 1200 sq foot Pre fab homes. Its a great area ,close to the airport right off the main highway. It will be gated and private. Lots of tall trees, a prevailing breeze and across the road someone is building a private country club. Giovanni has lived in the US, so he knows what Belizean-Americans want. He has met with John and he was going to Costa Rica. Also there is enough land for 2000 homes. Also politics in Belize gets pretty nasty around election time, which is coming up soon which could explain some of the false press. I noticed that someone has posted the Pristine website and that info is accurate. All in all ,everthing looks Kosher to me. I have some personal photos I will develope and scan into my website. Later
