The deals that JOHN/PANAM have closed and or in the process of closing has been purchased with existing shares. I do not think that these players are accepting stock knowing that it will remain at 5-10 cents a share for long!!! SIMPLE LOGIC/FACT!!! PRWT will sky-rocket at any time!!! JMHO PEACE
