Gross margin % dropped to 9.25%. The street will hate this. No "missing inventory" charges to blame this quarter. This company is a LONG way from profitablility. Do the algebra: How many more sales $ are needed to break even?

Answer: assuming 9.25% margin, ONSL would have needed $43 million more revenues this quarter to cover the $4 million loss. And this doesn't include additional SG&A expenses, or interest expenses...They're not even half way to BREAK EVEN revenues, let alone to generating after tax profits sufficient to justify a $500K market cap.

$8.3 million more revenues (sequentially), and $0.2 million more profits. Great! lol.
