Baan's revenues were only 230 million compared to 320.5 million for PSFT. Yet based on yesterday's closing prices, the market cap of Baan was only about 300 million lower than that of PSFT (8.7 billion) - less than 4% difference in market cap. In the previous quarter, Baan had revenues of around 180 million compared to PSFT's of around 277 million. For the first six months, PSFT's revenues are nearly 50% greater than Baan's. The numbers don't make sense.
