Are you trying to be obtuse? Or is it just natural?

1) I repeat, Impeachment is not removal.

2) Impeachment will happen. (Provided Clinton doesn't resign first.) There are no other alternatives as perjury, obstruction of justice and conspiracy are felonies. A Federal official cannot be a felon. A President cannot be held to a lower standard, so Congress will do its Constitutional duty and there will be impeachment and then a trial in the Senate.

You may be a trader but you have little knowledge of finance. You confuse the short term with the long term. Greenspan is a recognized positive and provides stability. Greenspan has the confidence of the market. He tries to prevent market bubbles to ensure LT stability.

As for Clinton, LT the market could care less. ST there could be a minor blip.
