Ridiculous. Kennedy was a dilettante and historians are lowering his rank with each survey. The only thing that saved his reputation was the way his life ended. At the time of his death he was running behind and there was little prospect that the Mafia could rig another election for him. Like Clinton, Kennedy was not much more than a PR president, with little actual substance.
