Of COURSE their margins can go up. They can find new lines of business! They can offer products other than on-line auctions! They can sell things other than electronics! Hey....they can change their entire business plan! Maybe we shouldn't even think of ONSL as an internet company at all!

When ONSL turns a profit some day by selling insurance or delivering pizzas, don't pretend their business plan worked. It just means that they took what's left of their IPO money and did the smart thing and gave up on what they originally set out to do. If you're lucky, that's what will happen. Every month spent focusing on on-line auctions is costing you money, with no hope of ever getting it back. ONSL is proving that a business plan centered around on-line auctions cannot succeed.
