Brian, I'm glad to see someone else is here. I've always thought Teradyne would be a good acquisition for KLA Tencor. They would be immediately accretive to earnings and would not dilute the share price, since TER has a lower price to earnings. I'm going to buy into TER, expecting some consolidation activity in addition to its general appeal as a value stock. If the past is any measure, you should be able to buy 10% cheaper than me, because I never catch the bottom. If we are down tomorrow, I will pick some up. Otherwise, I might wait a few more days.
