Re: Claiming to be NASDAQ vs. OTC:BB

I did a random sampling of some of the OTC:BB stocks that I follow (PINC, TSIG, TSIS). They all referred to themselves correctly as OTC:BB stocks in their press releases. PRWT's practice of referring to themselves as a NASDAQ stock is misleading in my opinion (perhaps it's just an honest mistake). Of course, anyone with half a brain can confirm whether or not a stock is listed on NASDAQ by looking the symbol up on a quote service. I hope that people do such DD before they invest their money.

Having a NASDAQ listing lends credibility to a company. Despite what LB says, there is a distinction. It is not a common practice for OTC:BB companies to refer to themselves as NASDAQ or NASDAQ:OTC BB.
