I have also read that Maryland really has questionable jurisdiction, since Linda's taping was on an interstate call. Linda's action was smart and good - she needed undeniable evidence that a Federal crime that was being committed by the most powerful and corrupt man on this planet. She was solicited to become part of that crime and knew that those same powerful forces would try to destroy her if she told the truth. She knew their record and tactics. It took great courage and she should be applauded by people who believe in the Constitution.
