I do claim to be one - just for the purpose of this issue. I build and upgrade PCs frequently. Look at post 9824. If you can see that you can see it on SI. It is quite a basic product - from a programming perspective. Nothing complex. This makes it possible for most browsers to see it. I am using Netscape 3.0 and I see it fine. Your PC hardware has no bearing on whether you can see it. Only what browser. If you can see SI you should be able to see the advertisements.
