Surprisingly this thread appears to have been dead for a couple of weeks. I don't understand your comment about 'tax selling'. Most people sell late in the year to get a loss to help reduce their taxes. PSFT is near its all-time high so I think the only selling will be the ones who realize it is way over valued. This company has been around for 10 years and it only has about 1000 customers. And its software is second-rate. There is only one software company that could possibly be worth this multiple--and that is Microsoft with a PE ratio of about 50 or so.
