Ok, let me clarify. Last quarter they had a "missing inventory" charge. In their press release they specifically referred to the charge is if to suggest earnings could be viewed exclusive of that item. This quarter they did properly record the marketing expense, but once again singled out the RCI payment as though it might be viewed as a separate component of earnings. A lot of companies are doing this lately, and I think it's misleading. GAAP is GAAP. You can't exclude items just because they only happen once, and to suggest otherwise is misleading. Just my opinion. :)

ONSL is not a disgrace to the accounting profession. That was a mean thing to say, and I'm sorry. I give them credit for their creative spin.
