I just ran an interesting screen, using microsoft investor. I was looking for companies with the following characteristics:

Trailing revenues < $1.5 billion
Gross margins between 3% and 9%
EPS > $0

The screen actually identified 42 companies that meet those parameters, so you CAN be profitable with low margins. But there was an interesting feature about these companies: With the exception of two of them, all of these stocks trade at less than 1.4 times revenues! I found that rather interesting. The median price to sales ratio for the group was .25. For ONSL, that would correspond to a stock price of $2.
