The stock price is drifting down. Some speculations:

1) There is no imminent event on the horizon to attract the daytraders, or perhaps more accurately, the event traders.

2) The stock must therefore appeal to the long-term investor. SI doesn't exactly seem to be crawling with long-term investors. And by long-term, of course, we're talking 3-4 months. To the SI investor who is willing to consider a $5-and-under stock, 3-4 months is off the scale. Quite possibly, a lot of people are sitting on the sidelines figuring they have some time before they need to jump in.

3) Movies are not the hot sector now, investment-wise.

4) The mood and tone on any given thread is directly proportional to the stock price. Potential investors are attracted or repelled by what they read in the posts. If they sense intimidation, they will not post. The person you flame today may be the same person who has some critical information that he'll only e-mail to his buddies 3 months from now. If you don't believe that, see the TSIG thread for a dramatic example.

5) Some people are waiting for financial reporting, some for the first movie to be released.

I'll stop with five. Regards, Suzanne
