TO ALL *** Just talked to Dave Williams in Las Vegas, I can tell you he is a pleasant person, his office is bussy and his people are helpful. from our convesation, we are in for the ride of our lives. His stated goal is to be nation wide in three years with the Money Center. John has put to gether a team of highly motivated profesionals to advise him and we will see some real growth in the next few months. They are looking for a location where one half of the building is IT and the rest is Money center. I asked about further dilution of shares and the posibility of a reverse split , and Dave said they do not want any dilution of shares IMHO I am looking foreward to the next couple of months .. FUN FUN FUN.. Doug
