I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Jef. My wife and I have been accumulating MVEE for about 5 months, buying in at .37, .16, and .125, along with everyone I know. . I have been reading this thread for quite a while, and until now I did not see the need to speak up. Obviously that has changed.

Living in NYC, I was fortunate enough to attend the 'big event' at Planet Hollywood. I am a very active investor in every company I own stock in, especially MVEE. I speak to Jeff Volk on a weekly basis. Today we had a long conversation on the senseless negativity surrounding this stock, mostly here on SI.

First of all, the stock and its current trading range. The fact is that day-traders got their fingers on this baby, and brought it to its knees. This is not good, and not necessarily bad.it's just a fact. We probably wont see a major move in the price until a movie is sold for a major release, or substantial profits are reported. People have been scared off. This is not a short-term play, but when the news hits, it will be too late to get on the bus. Use these dips as I have, to cost average. The more shares I buy at 12 « cents, the less the ones I bought at 37 cents cost me.

MVEE has an excellent game plan and a few safety measures in place to make sure they stick to it. With an office of 10 people or less, extremely low overhead, almost non-existent risk in their films, and an excellent cast running the show;we are in for a nice ride. The financing deal with Alexander Wescott will ensure they stick to the $10 million and under budgeted movies. You will not see Mel Gibson, but at $20,000,000 per flick, but you can keep him. With names like Van Sant, Segal, Brooks and the lovely Daryl Hannah, we are on are way. Remember that we are making B movies. Movies like Rocky (which led to 2, 3, 4, 5) and Death Wish, and undiscovered stars like Stalone and Jon Claude Van Dam were. THERE IS MONEY IN B MOVIES, BIG MONEY. If Segal is half the draw his father is, or if Delta Force One is half the earner its predecessors were, we are already rich.

While speaking to Jeff Volk today, 2 major topics were discussed. First we spoke about reporting financials. Although MVEE has made it clear it intends to report its figures in the near future, the word has not spread. I recommended to Jeff a press release addressing this issue, and possibly targeting a date which they would start reporting. He promised me he would bring this to their attention, and let me know what will be done.

The second MVEE bashing subject is Cannon Films. Cannon Films had a tremendous run, as we all know. It also got in trouble by straying from its business plan. Cannon went after huge budget projects, resulting in huge debt. Thanks to the deal with Alexander Wesscott, that can not happen again. All financing will be raised by AW, and I believe it has a $10 million cap.

I will do my part to make sure Jeff stays on the ball, and that MVEE continues to keep the shareholders and share value in mind. If you have any questions or ideas, please feel free to ask. If it can help our cause, I am glad to lend a hand. Capitalism and Suzanne have laid solid groundwork for an informative thread, and I would like to offer my assistance in any way possible. The sellers will dry up, and the news will start coming in faster as more projects get started. I am looking forward to that day.

Hold strong and accumulate. The future is bright, and it is coming fast.

See you at the MVEE's,
Jef
