Greetings Jim. The answer to your question is no. But as I write this Financial Intranet, Inc. may be in audit and might be preparing them for the SEC. They are working towards inclusion on the Nasdaq and must fulfill quit a number of requirements as I am you are well aware of for any BB stock to be able to move to the Nasdaq.
