There you go again, this false assumption on your part is suggesting that the company is guilty by omission. You said '...lets just say that audited financials sometimes produce surprises.'
Well, no kidding! What financial statement by Dell, Microsoft, IBM, Ford, GM, AT&T doesn't have some surprise? Your statement hints that there is something out of line that will show up. What might that be? Do you know of anything? Facts please, photos, documents, statements anything?
Oh, since governments and non-reporting BB companies are just people being people, why on earth to you trust politicians and their employees more than an ongoing, profitable business?
