Wow, if ever the handwriting was on the wall. Well, Alistair, I am going to give you a jump on the 10Q so that you can make your choice right now whether to invest in this company that you know nothing of or if you are going to slither away for three months waiting on the 10Q showing the financials of this company.
You see, on June 9, 1998, a new corporation was formed. On June 11, the merger of this new company and the old Purewater Sciences, and the reporting quarter ended June 30, 1998. Between June 11 and June 30, there was a lot of activity. There were negotiations, talks, telephone calls, emails, etc stc, etc. But there is one thing that there was not, and that was any significant development in the area of making or spending actual money. Therefore, the 10Q you so anxiously anticipate will be the wind doun of Purewater Sciences, and NOT the startup of Panam! For any audited financial information on Panam, you will have to wait another three months.
So, the choice is yours. Either you invest now or you dissappear for a full quarter. But, to continue your present tack will get really old over a full three month period because you are NOT going to get the financial data you seem to need ... Still however, I repeat myself that IN ADVANCE: your statement: <<<< audited financials will present a more credible picture of the company than will press releases and the picture may be different. >>>>> tends to suggest and foreshadow that you will be here in all of your glory shouting to the rooftops that the financials of the company do not match up to the claims of the company. But also in advance That is because you will be comparing the wind-down financials of the old Purewater Sciences with the claims of the new Panam, and they WILL NOT MATCH! In fact, if you consider long enough you may even come to the conclusion that they are NOT THE SAME COMPANY! |
