Tom--a second point. I think the Dec. 3 news article shows the problem with PeopleSoft. It should be embarrassed to report a survey based on 259 out of 700 of its customers. A quality company makes a better effort than that--at least call the customer. Why would its customers not want to give its opinion of the software they use? Very strange. The client server business is going to get so competitive and PeopleSoft just doesn't have what it takes.
