Do you own any TEC? You say that it needs a stronger institutional following. It already has over 50% ownership by institutionals - more would be less desireable IMHO. TEC is a sleeper on SI group, no one posted here since you initiated the thread. I may buy some, but after todays Bear market, HAL looks more attractive to me.
